SPARK is BAC's 10-week accounting career accelerator for dedicated students who want to explore accounting careers, strengthen recruiting skills, and learn through hands-on practice and direct interaction with professionals.

SPARK is especially designed for first-year and sophomore students who are pursuing—or seriously considering—a career in accounting. Strong candidates are curious, dependable, and willing to commit to the full program.

Application Process
Applications open in the early spring semester.
Students submit an application first. Selected candidates may then be invited to interview before the final cohort is chosen. BAC looks for students who show genuine interest in accounting and the commitment to participate fully.
